Students in 4th and 5th grade visited St. Michael's College to work with stone mason/ artist Thea Alvin. They worked in groups to create free-standing stone arches. Below, see the joyful, nerve racking, and triumphant moment of removing the wooden base from the arch. All their hard work and careful planning paid off!
